Return Policy

If you are not happy with your order you can return it.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is fourteen days. That means you can return your order within fourteen days after receiving the package.

CONDITION & PACKAGING
Please notice that you can only return unworn articles together with its original packaging. Therefore we recommend you use the same shipping packaging as we did.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER? (JUST INSIDE OF GERMANY)
Fill out the return form and put it into the package.
Use the shipping label which you have received together with your order.
Receive and check of the package.
Refund of your money resp. shipping of the new order.

RESHIPMENT CHARGES WITHIN GERMANY
Inside of Germany we pay the reshipment charges for orders over 50€.

RESHIPMENT CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Shipping Fee for Returns outside of Germany have to be payed by the customer and we will just be able to refund the money for the items & not the intial shipping fees. For all orders over 50Euro inside of Germany the return is for free.
